By uploading photographs or any other images ("Photographs") to skyphoto.com.hk and use any service provided by SKYphoto, you expressly grant SKYphoto an unlimited, royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, adapt, amend, edit, copy, change and publish the Photographs for the commercial and/or non-commercial purposes of SKYphoto. SKYphoto provides online photo-finishing and online purchase service to you. SKYphoto does not have the responsibility to maintain and keep any Photographs uploaded by you at any time. It is your responsibility to keep the Photographs at your own mean. SKYphoto do not guarantee you and are not liable to any damages claimed / to be claimed should your Photographs are being deleted, lost or otherwise destroyed at any time.
SKYphoto is not responsible to anybody for any contents of the Photographs. You must not upload to skyphoto.com.hk any Photographs which contain material and/or content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane or indecent, including without limitation any transmissions that would constitute a criminal offense, giving rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any local, city, province, state, national or international law. You must not upload to SKYphoto any Photographs which contain material which violates or infringes upon the rights of others, including without limitation privacy, moral, publicity rights, copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights without first obtaining permission from the owner or right holder. SKYphoto has no obligation to monitor any Photograph and other information uploaded by you. SKYphoto reserves the rights at any time to review the Photographs, to disclose the Photographs as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, to refuse to post or transmit the Photographs, to delete or remove any Photographs at SKYphoto's sole discretion. Any information and content supplied to or obtained by you in SKYphoto is under copyright control and are protected by corresponding laws and regulations. You are not allowed to copy and/or transmit these information and content without prior written permission from SKYphoto. Account
Any access codes or passwords (hereinafter "User Codes") assigned and provided by SKYphoto to you are for your personal and non-commercial uses only. You are responsible for all statements made and acts or omissions that occur while the User Codes are being used. You agree to notify SKYphoto immediately in the event of loss or theft of the User Codes or if the confidentiality of the User Codes has been compromised in any manner. You expressly agree SKYphoto to access your account to remind you the password, maintain our service, and/or fulfill legal request from any court and/or government department.

SKYphoto may provide to you any software of any third party for you to download and/or purchase. You must agree with any terms and conditions of the software provider before you download and/or purchase the software. Any acceptance and/or agreement of any terms and conditions between you and the software provider are binding on you and that particular software provider only. You expressly agree that these terms and conditions do not bind on SKYphoto. SKYphoto may provide link or pointer to other website. It is your responsibility to understand any terms and conditions of the website. Payment
Online purchase in skyphoto.com.hk can be paid by credit card. skyphoto.com.hk reserves the right to change the payment method anytime. Notification of such changes will be posted on our website.
Order cancellation
Order cancellation, change in order content or refund is not allowed for any confirmed orders.
Delivery Method
Customer can choose one of the following delivery methods: 1) self-pick-up at any SKYphoto Shops, 2) by post (apply to restricted items only), 3) by courier (apply to restricted items only).
Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, SKYphoto disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. SKYphoto does not warrant that the services described in this agreement will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the skyphoto.com.hk website, or the server that makes it available, are free of computer viruses or other harmful components.
The materials in this website and any third party websites linked to this website are provided on an "as is" basis and without warranties of any kind either express or implied. SKYphoto may allow you to purchase different types of products and services online that are provided by third parties. If any part of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision most closely matching the intent of the original provision. The remainder of the terms and conditions will continue in effect.
